The Second Issue of ITU JFST has been published

The second issue of the journal "ITU Journal of Food Science and Technology", one of ITU's scientific and peer-reviewed journals prepared by experts in the field to raise academic awareness in food, has been published.

"Coffee Talks" Event: New Trends and Traditions in World Coffee Culture

On Friday, May 10, 2024, the ITU Food Engineering Department hosted the “Coffee Talks” event, sponsored by Kuru Kahveci Mehmet Efendi and supported by the ITU Food Engineering Club. The guest of the event was the renowned traveling barista Brodie Vissers (@brodievissers).
