Laboratory hands-on training from BioMérieux

Within the scope of the Food Microbiology Laboratory course, İlyas Kirazlı from BioMérieux Diagnostic Materials and Services gave a seminar and laboratory training on the application of rapid microbiological techniques in pathogen analysis to our 3rd year students.

Reyyan Aygün and Yağmur Çolak, students of the Department of Food Engineering, received the first prize in the Ak Gıda R&D Project Competition.

Won the first prize with their functional fermented product containing natural probiotics developed using whey in the competition.
