The second issue of the ITU Journal of Food Science and Technology, edited by Prof. Dr. Esra Çapanoğlu Güven and published by ITU Press, has met its readers with articles in Turkish and English written in its own field.

Drawing attention to its field with its second issue, current studies and recent developments in the fields of food processing and engineering, food science, food safety and preservation have been published. The second issue, which includes both Turkish and English publications, consists of three research articles and two review articles.
