On Friday, May 10, 2024, the ITU Food Engineering Department hosted the “Coffee Talks” event, sponsored by Kuru Kahveci Mehmet Efendi and supported by the ITU Food Engineering Club. The guest of the event was the renowned traveling barista Brodie Vissers (@brodievissers).
